ABOUT MAPLE BRIDGE THERAPY
Canadian expertise.
A regional connection.
We are occupational therapists who believe meaningful care begins with understanding the whole person and the world around them.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRACTICE
Clinical knowledge.
Human understanding.
Our team brings Canadian occupational therapy qualifications to our work across the Middle East and North Africa. We are qualified occupational therapists, registered in Canada, with Master of Science degrees from accredited Canadian occupational therapy programs.
Our professional backgrounds also include kinesiology and personal training. Together, these perspectives deepen our understanding of movement, everyday activity, and the relationships between physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.
Working within the MENA region, we understand the importance of family, school, culture, and community. We build care around the person and the systems within which they live.
WHAT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY MEANS TO US
Life is made of everyday moments.
They all matter.
The person
Strengths, interests, physical abilities, emotions, and priorities. We start with what matters to you.
The activity
Learning, play, self-care, work, and participation. We focus on the things you need and want to do.
The environment
Home, classroom, community, and the people around you. We consider the context that makes participation possible.
A bridge from insight
to everyday action.
Our role goes beyond identifying challenges. We work with you, your family, and the people involved in your care to translate occupational therapy insights into a practical plan, with opportunities to review and adapt it together.
We value clear professional roles and collaborative care, with occupational therapy assessment and intervention guided by occupational therapists.
